Olmec is working in partnership with Well London, Metropolitan Housing and Westminster Kingway College to provide employment and training services to the Chalkhill Estate. There will be two new vocational training programmes starting this year. These programmes are designed to get people ready for the job market and enable residents to reach their potential.

Olmec offers training in a wide range of subjects which can be studied at different levels from short courses to BTEC's. Olmec needs residents to decide which training programmes will meet the needs of the community.
