Themed Projects
Be Creative, Be Well
- Entelechy Arts; A programme of 24 dance/exercise sessions and twelve theatre sessions for elders.
- Team Brazil; A Brazilian carnival project.
Eatwell
- Cook & Eat courses
- Community Feasts were delivered in August 2008 and February 2010.
Excellent sessions. Economical ingredients. The bread recipe was easy and delicious. This is changing my eating habits- making healthier choices. I’m now using this to change my family's eating habits.

Eight DIY Happiness sessions. Dare to Dream ideas that were developed included:
- Complementary therapy workshops for over 50's
- Mosaic recycling project
- Food for thought and living free training
- Coach trip to Southend on sea

An MWIA took place on the Big Chair Dance

A number of Mental health awareness sessions took place in the local area.

- Russell Park Summer 'Natural Play' Activities and other Russell Park events.
- Gardening Club at Salisbury Rd Allotments
This allotment site is a fantastic example of community cohesion and what can be achieved when a community work together with the help of local organisations.

This project provided training for the following Well London groups:

Training Communities also offered Personal support packages (PSPs). Examples of training people chose included the following:
- Driving Instructor Training.

- Contribution to a music studio in the local youth club.
- Music sessions for local young people.
- 30 music sessions in a mobile studio
